Wedding Wishlist charges an 8% shipping fee, the total shipping fee is based on your amount of purchase. We ship our items to you via
anywhere in the United States. International shipments are accepted however are subject to an additional fee.
An average shipment typically takes between 5-10 business days for you to receive however select products may take slightly longer. To successfully complete some orders items may be shipped in multiple boxes. Trust that your order will be processed as quickly as possible and that your items will be delivered safely. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email to the address provided upon checkout a shipment notification. This will include your package(s) tracking number and expected arrival date.
Some shipments may require a signature.
All candle orders are encouraged to be ordered in the months between October and June to avoid melting during shipment due to high temperatures. Any candle ordered during the summer months is recommended to be shipped Express. If Express shipping is not indicated at checkout and your item arrives melted, the item will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
Please make sure the shipping address you provide upon checkout is correct, simply leaving an apartment #, unit # or floor # out may cause a delay in your shipment. If address provided is incorrect or changed after an item has been shipped a $15 fee be assessed.
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the item(s) you've purchased you may return them within 30 days of delivery however you are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Item must be back in our physical possession before a full refund is issued, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Some items (such as bulk favors, etc...) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Sorry, no personalized items will not be refunded.
If an item is found to be incorrect, defective or damaged please contact us by phone or email first to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) . We will pay for all return shipping costs.
